ACM ICMR 2023 adopts an ‘all-in-one’ registration fee, which will cover your attendance to all events, namely: admission to workshops and tutorials, admission to all conference talks, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception and an invitation for the conference social dinner.

Online participation
As announced, ICMR 2023 will be a physical first event providing online participation as a secondary option. More specifically, we will be streaming the physical presentations in real-time, but we will not support questions and discussion with remote participants. For those unable to attend in person, we will be providing dedicated online sessions where remote presenters can share their presentations and answer questions from the physically present audience.
Registration policy
Each paper needs to be covered by a FULL (NON-STUDENT) registration fee. A full registration fee cannot cover two papers, so multiple papers, e.g., full, short, demo, etc, of the same registering author will each need a corresponding full registration payment.
No-Show policy
ACM ICMR 2023 proceedings is to be published by ACM DL and adheres to the no-show paper policies. Each accepted paper has to be presented at the conference venue in order to appear in the proceedings.
Cancellation/refund policy
No cancellation will be allowed. Refunds will not be offered.
