While preparing your presentation material for ICMR 2023, please consider the following information:
- Long paper in-person presentations are allocated 15′ for the actual presentation and 5′ for Q&A.
- Long paper online presentations are allocated 8′ for the actual presentation and 2′ for Q&A, while short paper online presentations are allocated 5′ for the actual presentation and 2′ for Q&A. We also require that you prepare a pre-recorded video of the presentation (which we will play in case you face connection issues) and send it to info@icmr2023.org (using google drive, dropbox or WeTransfer) by Thursday June 8. (Note that we had to adapt the duration of online papers to accommodate the increased number of oral presentation requests.)
- Spotlight presentations will be allocated strictly 2′ and maximum 2 slides.
- Posters should be prepared for a maximum size of A0 in portrait orientation. Authors should bring their poster printed. No printing service is available in the conference venue.
